Located in a 9.5-hectare wooded park and organized around a vast water body, the Val Saint Quentin business park includes 13 office buildings, a staff restaurant, and numerous underground and outdoor parking spaces.
The area reserved for green and landscaped spaces covers more than 45% of the total land area.
Several paths crisscross the park facilitate pedestrian movements. The small squares in front of each building punctuate the space between the built volumes.
The environmental quality of the Val Saint Quentin site is recognized by the BREEAM certification.
